How to perform Hard Reset on HTC mobile
If you forget the password or you want to set the phone to factory setting it is easy to do this. Before performing the hard reset remember all data will lost.
Step 1: Press and Hold volume down Button then Press and hold power button
Step 2: Wait for Android setting page. When Android setting page appear release volume down and power button
Step 3: Select the Factory reset option using volume down button
Step 4: Press the power button . After 3-5 minutes the phone will finish performing factory setting.
